Why I Love Cupping
Cupping is one of my favorite complements to massage therapy. While massage works by applying pressure to the muscles and surrounding connective tissues, cupping creates a gentle lifting effect that helps separate and decompress those same layers.
This combination of compression and decompression can help improve mobility, reduce tension, and create a greater sense of ease throughout the body. The sensation can feel a little unusual when the cups are first applied, but clients often leave feeling like they've unlocked new space and freedom of movement in areas that previously felt restricted.
In-Home Massage Services
Enjoy the benefits of professional bodywork without ever leaving your home. In-home massage allows you to fully relax in a familiar space, avoid post-session traffic or errands, and continue soaking in the benefits of your treatment long after the session ends. It's an ideal option for busy professionals, parents, athletes, or anyone looking for a more comfortable and convenient wellness experience.
In-home massage services are available by request, seven days a week.

Please note that 60min MASSAGE are not available for an individual in-home appointments. The minimum appointment length is a 75 min MASSAGE, unless booking back-to-back sessions for couples, friends, roommates, or family members.
