Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us directly. Deposits are generally non-refundable for changes made within 24 hours; however, exceptions may be considered in the case of extenuating circumstances.
